This month's focus: Courage

Courage Will Build Determination

Amelia Earhart once said, “Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace. The soul that knows it not, knows no release from little things; knows not the loud loneliness of fear, not mountain heights where bitter joy can hear the sound of wings.”

When challenges are great and uncertainty causes you to want to change your course, you must have courage to hang on, dig in, and master your fears.

Courage will build determination and provide you with an unyielding realization that you can face and defeat any challenging obstacle. It will help you better focus on solutions not praise problems. Be challenged to gain courage to follow your pathway to success.

Here are some questions for reflection:

  1. If you had to give yourself a nickname to describe your personal courage presence, what would that be?
  2. How important is courage in relation to achieving success?
  3. How does one develop courage?
  4. What level of influence have you had in helping others become courageous?
