Maximize Your Opportunities

Alertness, vision, and courage are critical foundation factors that allow opportunity to flourish. One only needs to engage their meaning to move forward in life’s pathway. As Victor Charles noted, “The sure way to miss success is to miss the opportunity.”

Be alert for the challenge, see the big picture, and be willing to exercise your plan. Only then will you be able to utilize and maximize your opportunities.

Here are some questions for reflection:

1. What is your “dream” opportunity? 

2. What opportunities have you uncovered but not yet acted upon? 

3. How can you position yourself to take greater advantage of opportunities that present themselves? 

4. What has been your most regretted lost opportunity? How has that loss impacted where you are today?
