Leadership: It Does Matter
Andrew Carnegie noted, “No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or to get all the credit for doing it. ”Leadership is more than a word or action; it is a life force that, properly enacted, can bring about long-lasting results and change your future course.

Leadership is the one binding trait and quality that is worth the effort and toil for those who seek to influence others to engage. Though taught, it must in all sincerity be earned. It may be applied or assumed. It is becoming to men of greatness or men of the moment. Leadership will arrive at the instant it is genuinely needed but must be recognized to succeed.
Leadership is rewarding but in itself lonely. It commands but more importantly, serves. It is diverse in representation and tends to repeat itself. Leadership is the answer yet brings with it the questions of “why, how, and who”.
Embrace it, learn it, and prepare: for one day, you will entertain its presence.
Leadership...it does matter!

Baseball legend Yogi Berra said, "It ain't over 'til it's over." In life, career, and interactions, we control much of our destiny and decide what is over and what remains active and alive.
