7 Habits for Success (Habit #3) |
Habits have a way of impacting our lives. That impact can be either bad or good depending upon the circumstance and the individual or individuals involved. From a bad perspective, we get into a routine of doing things that prevent us from being our best. Looking from a good perspective, we get into a routine of doing things that bring out the very best we have to offer. The decision we must make is simple: “Which habit do we desire to embody, good or bad?”
This is the third HABIT that can have a positive impact on your business.
Habit #3: Create and institute an on-going client review process.
Client needs can change quickly. Understanding that reality and having a process to enable your product/services to meet those changing needs, enables you to become the first and best choice to address those needs for the client. By having a regular program of “checking-in” with clients regarding their current status, you are well-positioned to create an atmosphere of value. Clients will pay for value IF that value helps them to consistently improve their position. Thus, it is a winning agenda for the prudent business leader.
Next week, we will investigate the fourth good Habit.
